Opportify, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Opportify", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), is committed to providing reliable and high-quality services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our AI-driven SaaS solutions and APIs.
1. General Refund Terms
Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the conditions outlined below. Refund requests may be approved at Opportify's sole discretion in accordance with this policy.
Prorated refunds may be considered for prepaid non-subscription services that have not been used. Subscription billing periods are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun unless required by applicable law.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
2.1 Technical Issues
If the Customer experiences a material service failure attributable to Opportify that prevents the Customer from reasonably using the services and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
2.2 Billing Errors
In cases of overcharging, duplicate billing, or other errors attributable to Opportify, a full or partial refund may be issued.
2.3 Unused Services
If the Customer has prepaid for a non-subscription service they no longer require and has not utilized, a prorated refund may be considered at Opportify's sole discretion, provided the request is made promptly.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Services have been fully delivered or utilized.
- The Customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The request arises from a change in the Customer's circumstances, such as no longer needing the service.
4. API Usage Non-Refundable
API requests, fraud analyses, email validation requests, IP intelligence lookups, or any other metered service executions are considered delivered services once processed and are non-refundable regardless of the outcome or Customer's assessment of the result. This applies to both trial and paid usage.
5. Refund Request Process
- Submit a written request to support@opportify.ai, including:
- The account details;
- A description of the issue or reason for the refund request;
- Any supporting documentation.
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and the Customer will be notified of the decision.
6. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institutions and may take several business days to appear in the Customer's account. Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency where possible. Refunds apply only to service fees paid and do not include applicable taxes unless required by applicable law.
7. Subscription and Fraud Protection Plans
Fraud Protection is available on monthly subscription plans (Starter through Enterprise+) and dedicated infrastructure plans. The following terms apply:
- Trial Period: All Fraud Protection plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you receive full access to all features within your plan's analysis quota. Analyses executed during the trial or paid subscription period are considered delivered services and are non-refundable once processed.
- Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your first billing cycle begins at the end of the 14-day trial.
- Overage: Overage analyses are automatically billed in the following billing cycle at two times (2×) the applicable per-analysis rate and are non-refundable once billed.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the current period unless required by law.
- Refunds: Refund requests for Fraud Protection subscriptions may be approved at Opportify's sole discretion in accordance with this policy. Requests must be made within 7 days of billing by contacting support@opportify.ai.
8. Changes to the Policy
Opportify, Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes, and the updated policy will be posted on our website.
