Choose a destination or start from scratch
Pick from 35+ pre-configured templates (Slack, HubSpot, Zapier, Salesforce…) or enter any custom HTTPS endpoint. Templates pre-fill the URL format, payload mode, and recommended headers.
Set your risk threshold and payload mode
Choose which risk levels trigger the webhook — lowest, low, medium, high, or highest. Then pick a payload mode: Alert Only for lightweight notifications, Risk Summary for scoring data, or Full Enrichment to push all signals to your system.
Add conditions and custom headers
Optionally filter by form name, form ID, risk level, or origin host. Add authentication headers like Authorization, X-API-Key, or X-Webhook-Secret for secure delivery.
Test and activate
