How many pages or links can I add?
You can submit up to 5 links across the pages you control. Only one award is granted per account each calendar month, regardless of how many links you add.
When do credits arrive?
Credits are granted monthly. At the end of each calendar month, every account with at least one verified, live badge or link receives its programme credits for that month.
Where do I place the badge?
On any public page you control, such as your footer, homepage, or a partners page. The page must be publicly accessible so we can verify the badge is present and visible. Hidden or cloaked badges do not qualify.
How is the badge verified?
We fetch the public URL you submit on a weekly basis to confirm the badge or link is present and visible. If it cannot be verified, we email you after the first failed check, and the account stops earning credits for that link until it is live again.
What happens if I remove the badge?
You can add or remove badges at any time from your dashboard. We notify you by email after the first failed weekly check, and a link is only automatically disabled after 4 consecutive failed weekly checks, so you will not silently lose everything. Credits already granted are not retroactively removed except in cases of abuse or ineligibility.
Which badge should I use?
Choose the badge that matches the product you use. The Fraud Protection badge becomes available once you complete the Fraud Protection Quick Start. Email Insights and IP Insights badges are available to any active account.
